The Wooden Legs is a band formed by five musicians based in Trieste, Italy. The group can count on undoubted technical quality – all members have formed at the Music Academy Conservatory of Trieste – combined with original research on Celtic and Irish folk music. Their repertoire ranges from traditional ballads, special fusions of classic jigs or reel, to original compositions that blend folk atmospheres with unexpected sonorities.
